Abstract
The customers have the right to know how store services are performed. The ratings give an idea to the public whether a service is good, outstanding, not-satisfactory or needs improvement. Also, it is designed to give the users a way to gauge the level of service and improve transparency by providing the views of the customers who use services. The ratings are given by users who have already visited the seller’s place and choose to rate them on the website. It is a website that provides customer an easy way to search for an item and buy products based on customer reviews. The site acts as a platform to bring together customers and businesses by helping the users find related providers of products and services quickly, while helping businesses listed in the website database to market their offerings.
