This presentation will show how a legal studies professor collaborated with a former paralegal who is a liaison librarian to develop and incorporate factual investigation assignments into legal studies courses. The presentation will show lesson plans for factual investigation that can be easily incorporated into a variety of legal studies classes. These plans can be updated and personalized based on resources available to any program
