Abstract
As Vice-President of the International Amateur Theatre Association I must attend the associations World Congress and Festival in Monte Carlo between August 19 - 27 (2013). The world association will pay all my expenses for lodging, meals and airport transfers in Nice, France. The world festival hosts theatre troupes from 24 nations who present work on Monte Carlos stages; Ill assist with the production needs of several of these troupes, including the group from the USA. Ill also participate in all sessions of the World Congress, in the North American regional meetings of member organizations from the USA & Canada; and participate in two of the week-long acting workshops.
