Abstract
For many years, Africa has been known for infamous diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and cholera. One disease cancer, and specifically cervical cancer, has been neglected and not very well documented by the Old Continent for proper data analysis. In this research, we will explore the reasons why rural West Africa is still behind in the healthcare sector. Theoretical solutions are proposed for improvement in the early prevention stages of the human papillomavirus (HPV).
