Abstract
The objective of our paper is to evaluate the issues related with ERP implementation. The issues are such as cost, employee, customer, training, consultant, cultural and technical. These issues play an important role in deciding the success or failure of a system. By studying the issues, case studies and based on our research we will be proposing some recommendations. These recommendations will help the companies to resolve the issues or avoid such problems in their system.
