Former Grand Valley State University president Mark Murray (2001-2006) sits down with the GVSU Charter School Office's Don Cooper to talk about his role in Michigan's charter school movement. This interview was recorded at the WGVU Studios on June 18, 2018, as part of the National Charter Schools Library oral history project.
