For many years people have been wondering how social media will change the way companies do business. The purpose of this paper is to examine the ways that social media has changed consumer behavior. Moreover, since teens have a significantly large purchasing power and are the key users of most technology, such as the Internet and social media, it is critical to understand how social media has changed the consumer behavior of this group.
