Abstract

This project consists of a series of interviews with healthcare professionals on their experiences giving patients bad news to provide a resource for students going into the healthcare field. It covers what to do, what not to do, and how to consider cultural and religious patient perspectives when delivering this news. The interview style offers professionals the opportunity to share anecdotal experience that cannot be captured in a research paper.
