Each of the components are implemented using a variety of technologies all tied together with XML. Technologies discussed and included in the project are: Java, Microsoft .NET, C#, VB, ADO.NET, ADO, Web Services, XML, VoiceXML, Microsoft SQL server, Internet Information Services, Apache, Linux, Windows 2000, Tomcat and a Cisco IOS Firewall
