Abstract
A Java application that parses an XML file which contains article addresses from Usenet. These articles are then stored into a SQLite database to allow for a multi-threaded download from Usenet. Once each of these small articles is downloaded ANZBC sorts, decodes, and combines those articles to create files. Those files are often compressed and when uncompressed and combined result in a full data file including anything from a movie to a word document.
