Abstract
This project is a three-part interdisciplinary exploration of international, domestic, and hyper-local food insecurity. What follows is a research paper about global food insecurity; a reflective essay on a documentary screening of the film A Place at the Table; transcriptions of interviews I conducted with students from Grand Valley State University who face or have faced food insecurity; and a reflective essay on these interviews.
