Abstract
This manual is a Therapeutic Recreation program plan that would be used by the activity director at a camp. It covers the background of the camp and its philosophy, Therapeutic Recreation at Barretstown and the philosophy, and the facilities located at camp. The plan then delves into the goals and objectives of the week and has thorough protocols for each activity completed at camp. It continues with different managerial aspects like a management plan, budget, and a risk management aspects. It concludes with a calendar for the camp session, an animation plan for each event, and a media package for the camp session. This manual would pave the way for running a successful week at a Therapeutic Recreation camp session for children with serious illnesses.
