Abstract

This project is a website combining helpful tips, resources, and submission platforms into a one-stop-shop for students who wish to submit their creative work to arts journals or literary magazines. A resource of compiled submission markets has been created to help bridge student involvement in creative writing with outside sources. Aspiring student writers can engage independently with submission platforms early in their writing careers and develop their own submission strategies. A report about what to look for in the marketing platforms and a comprehensive list of the available platforms may lead to a greater involvement of GVSU writing students in the broader market of undergrad creative writing.
