Abstract

For my project, I created a 27-minute podcast with Erica Soto, a mother living in Grand Rapids, MI who lost her son Jason to lissencephaly, a rare genetic disorder, at the age of 12. Erica pours out a beautiful story of hardship, compassion, and resilience as she shares details about her own life and the life of Jason.
