Abstract
A research-based play about the underground press and youth countercultural movement in America in the 1960s. The plot follows a fictitious underground newspaper whose staff share beliefs and experiences with actual underground newspapers that existed in the New Left movement as they write countercultural articles, protest the Vietnam War, and face severe opposition from Johnson's and Nixon's administrations.
