Description
We could hear the waves crashing on the shore from our hostel in Winneba, Ghana. It was a short walk to the beach to watch a sunrise or relax in a hammock. Those living in the community used this beach as a home base for long days of fishing to feed their families and earn an income. We also saw the community come together here to run, work out, or play soccer.
