Author Biographies

Kathy J. Kurtze teaches English Language Arts and is the high school yearbook adviser for Carson City-Crystal Schools in Carson City, Michigan. She is also an active teacher consultant as a co-director for Chippewa River Writing Project at Central Michigan University.

Abstract

Through the implementation of mini-units in from the C3WP, a teacher demonstrates that routine argument writing leads to great gains in argument writing literacy.
