Abstract

Hardcopy records’ keeping is a very risky move. Seeing a family’s veterinary clinic keep paper copies only, helped me decide to “fill a need” by creating Veterinary Tracking System, or VTS. VTS will allow my family to keep track of clients, their animals, and what was done at each appointment on a computer, to help save them from record loss in case of fire or water damage. It will also allow easier training for any new employee as VTS will have all codes, and prices, built in.
