Abstract

Scheduling Employees at work locations like Campus Dining, Library and Recreation Center can be very difficult for managers. Currently, spreadsheets are used for scheduling but this method can become overwhelming while handling large number of staff. In order to make changes to schedule (trading shifts, picking up new shifts and updating personal details) each employee needs to contact the manager. This can result in data inaccuracy and messy scheduling spreadsheets.

Schedule Manager is an easy to use web application implemented for employees and employers to help them in managing their work schedule. Shift Manager Features a profile view, shift trading, shift pickup, staff notifications and dashboard. Schedule Manager can be useful for all business size and industries.
