The exhibition is a significant event which contributes to create a market and to expand arts nationally as well as displays cultural ability of Gongju, Korea internationally. The event invigorates arts exchange by inviting the international artists and by introducing various contents about arts of Gongju, Korea. The special exhibition for opening commemoration with the theme Adventures of Goma displays about 60 art works of the artists from South Korea, China, Japan and Australia. It will be an opportunity to learn about inheritance of tradition of regional art in Gongju, Korea, modernization of tradition, the application of the future of regional art. The special exhibition will give an opportunity to identify an image of this era that we are living in now by examining psychological, cultural and social phenomenon of contemporary in South Korea, China, Japan and Australia in an aesthetical and sometimes paradoxical view through artists.
