Abstract
During the 2011 Benchmark 3.5 conference the final plenary session titled, Technology Carnivale: "Technology and Education for Leadership in the Third Sector attempted to demonstrate the ways that technology tools can be used in the classroom setting to enhance student learning. This colloquy hopes to continue conversation that was started in 2011 and add a few additional dimensions to the conversation, such as tool access and implementation challenges.
