Abstract
Warming up is a widely known precursor to most, if not all, athletic performances. However, some people are still unclear as to what kinds of activities or stretching should make up their warm-up. Athletes need to know the best ways to prepare for their events to enhance, or least not harm their performance. Despite including several different sports, and strength tests, the focus of the following studies is on what type of warm-up will be most beneficial to athletes in general.
