Abstract
The central focus of my project is to explore the food system and Mediterranean diet consumed in the country of Spain based on my study abroad trip to Barcelona. This project compares and contrasts the food system and diet of this country with that of the United States to find what makes them different, and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of each system.
