Abstract
Kimberly Clark, a world-wide manufacturing company, purchased Jackson Safety Products in 2009. This case study examined the strategy, negotiation, due diligence and integration phases of Kimberly-Clark Professional's acquisition of Jackson Safety. Failures and successes associated with business acquisitions are presented. Finally, recommendations are provided to improve acquisitions processes in the future.
