Submission Guidelines for Tutorials

Who Can Submit

This collection contains instruction materials produced by the GVSU University Libraries. Materials are organized using the rows in the Instructional Programmatic Assessment Rubric. Works in this series are materials created by Libraries staff and faculty for the purposes of information literacy instruction at Grand Valley State University.

Liaisons offer these services in-person and virtually using a variety of tools including, but not limited to: Videos, tutorials, handouts, and slide presentations. To learn more about GVSU teaching and classroom support or to collaborate within your discipline, contact your liaison librarian.

Submission Instructions

  • Review the scope of this collection and the Instructional Programmatic Assessment Rubric to assess appropriate placement for submission.
  • Fill out the submit instructional materials form, including keywords from the index of keywords.
  • Contact libinst@gvsu.edu with any questions regarding materials within this collection.
  • You should receive an email confirming your submission. This email will also give you a link to check the status of your upload.

    Your work will not be publicly available until a ScholarWorks@GVSU administrator has posted it. Normally, this is within one month of your submission date. If you have any questions about your paper or how to use this site, please contact us at scholarworks@gvsu.edu
