Abstract

Learning objective: students will learn how to identify and locate empirical articles in the PsycInfo database.

Before watching this video, students will have explored possible research topics; they’ll have watched the GVSU Libraries youtube video, “Recognizing Empirical Articles Using IMRAD;” and they’ll have worked through the GVSU Libraries' literature review tutorial.

This was added to the Blackboard course for online PSY 300 students in Winter 2024. It matches the same content that was offered to in-person PSY 300 classes during a face-to-face library instruction session.
