Abstract
Incomplete information, authentication failure, time consuming requests are common errors of web applications. Application testing is an imperative part of system design and development. Automation testing simplifies the work of manual testing by automating the execution of test scripts with the use of special testing frameworks. The use of software framework improves efficiency, quality, reliability and delivers a bug free system. It is crucial to opt for right testing tools as lack of suitable frameworks may cause obstacles in test automation. This project presents the use of Selenium webdriver along with other testing frameworks like Appium, Apache Jmeter, BurpSuite and Cucumber to perform systematic monitoring and evaluation of GVSU web and mobile applications. Implementation of these testing methodologies verifies and validates the correctness of GVSU website.
