Abstract
This session will provide attendees with specific examples of how female PETE faculty and students can develop mentoring relationships to help foster continued professional development. We will discuss specific projects such as grant writing, data collection, fitness testing, etc. These relationships and professional development activities are essential to the development and growth of future professionals. We will discuss how these female mentoring relationships help foster future leadership and success in the physical education profession.
