Abstract
As the Vice-President of this international association I must lead & participate in Executive Board Meetings for a 3-day period. Our main task will be to complete all advance arrangements for the World Festival of Amateur Theatre to be held in Ypres, Belgium. This festival will host 24 theatre troupes from around the world, as well as 16 Belgian groups who will present their work and receive adjudication response. The festival will also include symposia, regional association meetings, sessions of the World Congresses, artistic workshops & social events. The International Amateur Theatre Association will partner with me in paying for travel expenses by paying for my airport transfers in Vienna, my lodging, my meals, and my local transportation. The School of Communications has already paid approximately $1,400 during the current fiscal year to support my travel expenses to other meetings of this association. Therefore the SoC will contribute $100 for this trip, I'm requesting $250 from the CSCE and I will pay the remaining travel costs.
