Abstract

This project highlights the importance of Peer-to-Peer programs for students with disabilities in K-12 schooling in 3 distinct parts. First, a short research paper supports the positive impacts that these programs have on students with disabilities. This paper encompasses studies done on the effects of P2P programs. Next, a documentary style video highlights a successful P2P program in a nearby school district, Jenison Public Schools. Lastly, the handout represents the research I conducted for the previous portions of my project in a succinct manner.

Through the use of evidence from the paper and anecdotes from the video, I hope to inform and persuade schools to implement these important programs.
