Abstract
As the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree becomes increasingly popular in nursing education, many schools are beginning to offer DNP programs. Grand Valley State University (GVSU) recently began a hybrid DNP program at the Kirkhof College of Nursing (KCON). Within this program, information literacy instruction is an essential component, yet finding the right time and the right approach for library instruction can be difficult. This presentation is a discussion of series of successful workshops for DNP students and recommendations for future offerings.
