Aims & Scope

Seidman College of Business faculty members are encouraged and expected to engage in research activities. Much of that research focuses on issues relevant to West Michigan businesses and households. The Seidman Business Review publishes some of this regional research. The collective expertise and experience of the Seidman College of Business faculty in conjunction with their genuine commitment to the regional economy enable the Seidman Business Review to present detailed, insightful commentary and comprehensive, thought-provoking analysis on current issues, trends and problems relevant to the business community of Western Michigan.

Since its inception in 1963, Grand Valley State University has earned the loyalty, respect and support of this West Michigan community by committing extensive resources of scholarly, cultural, and social capital to the region. It is the aim of the Seidman Business Review to continue to build on that commitment.
