Abstract
Very basic introduction to library resources: online, physical, and employees. It is important to emphasize friendliness (Service desk, Knowledge Market, and librarians) and coolness (seeing the crane in action, fireplace, outdoor spaces in the building). I also acknowledged my race, gender identity, and sexuality, as this was a WGS course with mostly BIPOC students.
