NUR 416: Ethical/Legal Scenarios Research

Abstract

This interactive tutorial is designed to help nursing students find reliable references for their SWS Ethical/Legal Case Study. Students will learn how to apply database searching skills in order to retrieve more relevant results and cite legal material in APA style.

The tutorial shows students how to use subheadings in the CINAHL database for legal and ethical issues. Students will also learn about new databases, such as Westlaw and Legal Source, in order to find applicable laws or legal reviews.
