Stephanie Gregg is a doctoral student in Educational Psychology at Michigan State University with an interest in both writing and peer mediated learning across content areas. She is currently a research assistant on the Cognitive Strategy Instruction in Writing Project.
Dr. Taffy Raphael is an associate professor in the departments of Teacher Education, and Counseling, Educational Psychology, and Special Education at Michigan State University. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in reading and writing; and co-directs the Cognitive Strategy Instruction in Writing Project.
Dr. Carol Sue Englert is an assistant professor in the department of Counseling, Educational Psychology and Special Education at Michigan State University. She is the director of the Cognitive Strategy Instruction in Writing Project. In addition, she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in both reading and writing, and effective instruction.
