Adnan Sa/hi has taught math, science, and foreign language
at the middle/secondary grades in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the
United States for many years. Since September 2003, he has
been teaching graduate and undergraduate classes in literacy
education at Saginaw Valley State University, Michigan. Dr.
