Elaine Weber is English language arts consultant with
Macomb ISD and directs the Macomb Regional Literacy
Training Center. Elaine has served as a regional language
arts consultant with Department of Defense Schools in
London, England, reading consultant for the Michigan
Department of Education, researcher and lecturer with the
Mott Institute for Community Improvement, Michigan State
University, and as a classroom teacher.
