Ledong Li earned his undergraduate degree from Guizhou
Normal University in China, and his master's and doctoral
degrees from Oakland University. In 2002, his doctoral
dissertation won the Dissertation of the Year award from
the International Reading Association. His current research
interests are in the areas of technology literacy, instructional
systems technology, literacy education, and teacher education.
