Description

“Design Thinking” is a way of designing or re-designing what is produced or offered to the public by studying, observing, prototyping and testing ideas. This method is often used for inventions and products, but it can also be applied to services as well. Hear about Kent District Library’s efforts to think like designers and make changes to their computer classes and technology programs, in an effort to innovatively focus on the needs of the end user.

Comments

Toby Schuler is the current leader of Kent District Library's Computer Class work group.
